As a way to help the children make a smooth transition to Garrion Pilcher, next year, we went for our first trip over there. Today’s trip was to meet our 1st grade buddy class and get our children to experience their lunchroom. Our students were able to go through their lunch line and see what the inside of the lunchroom looks like, but then we got a special treat and went out into the court yard for a picnic with our new friends. After lunch we played on their super fun playground. All of our children had fun and are excited to go back for our second visit at the end of March.
